Meetings are normally held at the Village Hall starting at 7.30pm and take place on the second Monday of the month, apart from August and February when there are no meetings. However there maybe occasions when extra meetings are required. All meeting agendas are published on the website, and the noticeboard at The Gannick and normally at the village shop at least 5 days before the meeting is due to be held.
