At the July meeting the following was discussed
– The parish Council are to start the process of reviewing the Neighbourhood Development Plan
– The Council continues to look at traffic calming measures, and is awaiting a response form the Borough on some matters. They are starting to engage with theBorough to look at options on Bridgend and Pavenham Road.
– Repairs to The Causeway are to be undertaken by the Borough Council mid August- please note that this may not include the areas where there is access to the new development as that will be the responsibility of the developer in due course.
– Following the resignation of a Parish Councillor there are now 4 vacancies on the Parish Council, with only 5 current Councillors out of a total of 9 acting on behalf of residents. Councillors are keen to get some more Councillors on the Council and if you are interested in joining please contact the Clerk on clerk@carltonwithchellington-pc.gov.uk
