1.       To receive apologies for absence

2        To receive disclosure of local and/or disclosable pecuniary interest.

3.       To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of 10th January 2023

4.       Public participation for 10 minutes for members of the public to address the Council.

5        To receive a report from Emmaus.

6        Financial Matters

6.1      To receive statement of accounts and agree monthly payments-

6.2     To review draft income and expenditure to 31.3.2023 and review budget for the year

6.3      To agree the Bank reconciliation to 28.2.2023 and agree who will undertake the next one.

6.4      To consider the quote from APC planning for the NDP review.

7        To receive any reports and agree any actions from the following:

7.1      Highways- General Update and agree any actions.

7.2      Footpaths &Bridleways

7.3      Crime stats

8        Planning

8.1      To receive an update on outstanding planning applications.

8.2      To ratify any responses to planning applications considered under Clerks delegated powers.

9        To consider the matter of a memorial plaque and agree any actions.

10       Maintenance

10.1    To consider work required to manage overgrowth in the Memorial Garden and tree work following contact from a resident.

10.2    To consider the quote for repairs to the Baptist Churchyard wall.

10.3    To consider the village Gateways and agree any actions.

10.4    To consider the quote for tree work linked to the tree survey from 2022.

10.5    To consider the extension to the hedge cutting agreement.

11       To discuss the village shop and the possibility of taking the lease as a community venture.

12       To consider the matter of provision of a Christmas Tree

13       Correspondence

13.1    To consider a response to the Bedford Borough Overview and Scrutiny Committee work programme consultation.

14       To receive the clerks report and agree any actions.

15       To receive the Borough Councillors report- information only.

16       To receive matters of interest from Councillors for inclusion on next available Agenda and agree what will be placed on Facebook.

17       Staff Matters

17.1 To resolve to close the meeting to public and press.
