At the April meeting the following was discussed
– The Environment Agency has updated its surface water maps which will help provide information to householders, the link is attached

-The annual Spring Clean Litter Pick will take place on Saturday May 10th (note this is different to the date published in The Bridge magazine). Volunteers are asked to meet at the school car park at 10am and please wear sturdy shoes.
– The Parish Council continue to work with the Borough Council on the matter of reducing the speed limit on The Moor and High Street (and roads off) to 20mph and have now asked for a formal scheme to be drawn up.
– The Annual Parish Meeting will take place at 7pm on May 12th at the Village Hall. Emmaus will be giving a short presentation and everyone is welcome
– There are 3 vacancies on the Parish Council, if you are interested in joining please
