9.1.1 26/00242/MAO Major Outline Application at Land on east side of The Causeway, Carlton: Refused for the following reasons: – Site not allocated for housing and outside the village settlement
– Site is affected by areas of medium and high surface water flood risk.

9.1.4 25/00353 LBS Planning enforcement at Stayesmore Manor, High Street, Carlton
9.1.5 26/01076/AGR Land At Turvey Road, Carlton: The proposal is for the construction of an agricultural track. The proposal meets the criteria outlined in Schedule 2, Part 6, Class A of ‘The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015’ (as amended). The track is at ground level and will have a low impact on the landscape where it mainly follows existing field edges. In light of the siting and means of construction of the proposed agricultural track, the proposal would not require the prior approval of the Local Planning Authority. Decision – Permitted
