Temporary Road Closure – Bridgend, Carlton
Bedford Borough Council has advised details of the temporary road closure for Bridgend, Carlton:
Length Affected: Carlton Road to Bridgend
Reason: carriageway resurfacing works and civils
Dates: This temporary road closure is anticipated to be in operation for:
- 24 hours from 30th March to 10th April 2026
- 09:15 – 15:15 from 13th April to 15th April 2026
We are aware that the yellow signs give different dates and times, and we are in the process of obtaining definitive information.
Signed Alternative Routes for Vehicles: Carlton Road, High Street, Lavendon Road, Harrold Road, Bedford Road, Bridge Street, Turvey Loop, Turvey Road, The Causeway, Bridgend (please see map below for diversion route)
