Temporary closure planned for 3rd – 5th August, Bridgend
Public notice of Intent from Bedford Borough Council:
This temporary road closure is required to undertake repairs to a Fire Hydrant and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs.
This temporary road closure is anticipated to be in operation 08:00 to 16:00 hours from 3rd August 2026 to 5th August 2026
The signed alternative route for vehicles affected by the order is available via Bridgend, The Causeway, Turvey Road, Carlton Road, Turvey Loop, High Street, Bridge Street, Bedford Road, Harrold Road, Lavendon Road, Eagle Way [please see diversion map below]. The reverse route applies.
